Remarks:
1．
The overseas forwarding agent must fax the exhibit list to the Customs Clearance & Transport Dept 7 working days before the exhibits enter China.
2．
The temporary free time demurrage is 5 days each from beginning to end during the exhibition period. The storage charge exceeding the time limit is USD3.00/ M3/day
3．
If the weight of single piece of goods is more than 5 tons or the volume more than 3X2.2X2.2 M 3, the extra crane cost is charged.
4．
If the overseas forwarding agent fails to provide the exhibit list within the specified time, the urgent cost will be charged on the basis of 20% of the total cost. |
